The main reason that I had Diamond Roof Cleaning come out to my house was to kill/remove the moss that was on my roof. They got me a quote fast and showed up on time. Everybody that I came in contact with were nice and professional. All the moss on my roof appears to be dead or removed. Unfortunately, all of the large clumps of moss that used to be on my roof are now laying on the side of my yard and on top of my bushes. I didn't expect them to clean up every little piece, but it would have been nice if they spent 5 minutes and cleaned up some of it. Also, I have three downspouts that each have a downspout extender. All of the extenders were removed, but never put back on. The one downspout still had one of their plastic bags attached to it, full of the water/chemicals that they used to kill the moss. Overall, I just think that it would be nice if things were put back to their original position, once the job was completed and if a little effort was put into some minor clean up. I would probably use them again, I would just make sure to double check all of their work before they left.
We would highly recommend Diamond for their soft washing and power washing. After scheduling an appointment with Mike, I received an e-mail confirmation followed by an e-mail reminder the day before they arrived. The two gentlemen, Zane and Mike, that came to do the job were very professional. I was greeted by Zane, who shook my hand and explained what they were going to do. After they were finished, Zane asked me to walk around to make sure I was satisfied. They did an AWESOME job and the service was done under an hour. Kudos to Diamond for their all around exemplary service.
